The Seventh Metallurgical Construction Group Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to “SMCGC”), which was found in 1958, is the state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of Guizhou province with 100% investment capital, has fulfilled the restructuring of state-owned enterprise in 2008. SMCGC, which was called as The Seventh Metallurgical Construction Corporation of China Nonferrous Metallurgical Industry, is located in Baiyun district of Guiyang and attached to the large-scale building installation and construction enterprise administrated by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guizhou Province.

SMCGC has available staffs about 5800 employees, including engineers, technicians and more than 2000 management personnel , including 265 senior technicians, 738 intermediate technicians, 610 primary technicians, 615 senior skilled workers, 1060 skilled workers, 122 level I constructors, 335 level II constructors. Owning 13 wholly owned subsidiaries and 19 sub companies and a registered capital of 310 million RMB with total asset of 5.30 billion RMB, each year SMCGC has completed total output value more than 15 billion RMB for construction and eraction.
